Countries We Ship To
Our company delivers to all countries except for Mexico and any countries with which the U.S. does not maintain diplomatic relations.
All orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express and are delivered directly to your door in approximately 1-2 weeks. Large items, such as furniture, live plants, and some food items cannot be shipped to Canadian and international addresses. In addition, internationally-shipped orders cannot be offered with gift boxes due to customs restrictions.
Any applicable duty and/or taxes and brokerage fees will be billed to the package recipient separately by DHL after going through the recipient's country's customs.
Our company also delivers to all U.S. possessions and to APO/FPO addresses via U.S. Priority Mail. Standard delivery charges apply. For more information, please refer to our Delivery Information area. Please note that Express and Express Plus delivery are not available to international addresses.
Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges to international addresses, with the exception of Canada, are figured by weight and by the country of destination.
For example (all dollar amounts stated are in U.S. funds):
- Orders going to Australia, Germany, U.K., Italy, and France would be $10.29 for 1 pound (0.45 kg) and $22.63 for 10 pounds (4.5 kg).
- Orders going to Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece and Spain would be $11.32 for 1 pound (0.45 kg) and $28.84 for 10 pounds (4.5 kg).
- Orders going to Japan, Brazil, Colombia and Chile would be $18.01 for 1 pound (0.45 kg) and $30.35 for 10 pounds (4.5 kg).
- Orders going to Canada will be charged our standard delivery rates + $7.00.

Shoes 1.5 to 2.5 pounds (0.68 kg to 1.13 kg)
Boots 2.5 to 3.5 pounds (1.13 kg to 1.59 kg)
Shirts 0.5 to 1.5 pounds (0.23 kg to 0.68 kg)
Pants and Jeans 1.0 to 1.5 pounds (0.45 kg to 0.68 kg)
Jackets and Parkas 3.5 to 5.5 pounds (1.59 kg to 2.49 kg)
Accessories 0.5 pounds (0.23 kg)
Daypacks 1.5 to 2.0 pounds (0.68 kg to 0.91 kg)
