If you're not sure how to get started, or if you just want an overview of how shopping on our site works, follow the simple steps outlined below. You'll be shopping online in no time!

1. To start shopping, move your mouse pointer over the category you wish to shop from the title bar on the top. A drop down menu will appear giving you more specific categories to choose from. Click on the one you wish to browse through.

2. From this directory listing, you can browse through any category you choose. A product listing will appear on the right side. Click on the name of a specific product to view its description or click on "Photo View" to see a thumbnail listing of all products in that particular category. Click "Text View" to view a listing of products without images.

3. The product description page contains all the information you need to order an item. Add an item to your order by selecting a style, a size, a color, a quantity and clicking "order item." If you'd like monogramming, check the appropriate box first. (Not ready to order today? If you're a registered member, add the item to your wish list here by clicking on "Add to Wish List" button.)

4. When you click "Add to Cart" your order thusfar will be displayed with a subtotal. You can edit or delete items on your list by clicking on "edit item" or "remove item" on the left. You can either continue shopping, move on to shipping and billing with "continue checkout," or cancel your entire order.

5. You can view your order at any time from anywhere on the site by clicking "View Cart " in the title bar at the top of the screen.

6. When you're ready to send your order, click "continue checkout" on the order page. Then, follow the on-screen directions to complete shipping and billing information. That's all there is to it!

7. If you see something in our printed catalog that you want to order online, write down the product item number and enter it into the website search box, then press enter. This should take you to the product detail page for that product where you can place it into your online shopping cart. And, of course, you can always call us at 1-000-000-0000, or fax us at 1-000-000-0000 or 1-000-000-0000. We do not accept international orders online.
