Our company accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs, cash, personal/bank checks. U.S. Postal money orders and cashiers checks are accepted.

Credit Card Charges

Our company will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card immediately following the point of purchase online or over the phone. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified right away and asked to make corrections. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and funds will be transferred securely to our company. Your credit card will be charged within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of shipping.

Amount of Credit Card Charges

When you place your order online or over the phone, you will be presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any service, shipping, or sales tax charges that are applicable. You will not be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to California; A to Z Needlepoint will pay these taxes on your behalf. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. For this reason, you must make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly. This e-mail will include an itemized list of all the charges associated with your order.
