Domestic Shipping

Calculation of shipping charges is as follows:
We will ship either by US Mail or by United Parcel service. All items will be insured. If you have a preference of how you would like your items to be shipped please let us know by putting your preference in the "customer comments" box on the payment screen during checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed for shipment Wednesday through Monday only.

Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at 1-800-208-6069. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.

Arrival Times

UPS SECOND DAY AIR (continental United States only)
Shipment normally arrives three (3) business days after your order has left our location (weekends excluded), provided the item is in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

UPS DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING
Shipment normally arrives five to seven (5-7) business days after your order has left our location (weekends excluded), provided the item is in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL
Orders shipped outside the continental United States (U.S. territories listed below) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam/Guahan, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands and APO's/FPO's (New York and California zip codes only) MUST have the same billing and shipping address. For example: if your billing address is a PO Box, shipment must be sent there. All USPS orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. All USPS orders are delivered Monday through Saturday only.

Change of delivery addresses

If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please call us immediately at (707) 838-0220. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Orders to Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express and are delivered directly to your door in approximately 1-2 weeks. Large items, such as furniture, live plants, and some food items cannot be shipped to Canadian addresses.

In addition, internationally-shipped orders cannot be offered with gift boxes due to customs restrictions. Any applicable duty and/or taxes and brokerage fees will be billed to the package recipient separately by DHL after going through the recipient's country's customs.

Sales Tax

To make it prices equitable for all of our clients, A to Z Needlepoint pays all applicable sales tax on total merchandise plus handling charges for orders delivered within California. There is never any sales tax on orders delivered to AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR. For more information about the collection of sales tax for your particular state, please see our sales tax page.
