In some instances, products listed in our online catalog may be temporarily out of stock. In-stock items will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.

Backordered items will be held in a backordered status for seven business days after the order has been received. During this time, you will be contacted with a shipping date should you still wish us to complete your order.

If after seven days we are unable to complete or give you a satisfactory estimated time of arrival for your order, we will notify you that we are canceling the order.
